We are one of the go-to cafes in Alice Springs that evokes an artsy vibe with our recycled and up-cycled environment theme and rustic décor and setting. Watertank Café offers an organic home-grown approach to cooking and menu, serving fresh herbs and vegetables straight from our own garden. Our more than 15 employees have over 10 years of combined experience in serving great food. We are happy to serve breakfast and lunch, including gluten-free and dairy-free meals. In addition, we can cater to all dietary requirements, as well as provide catering services. We are one of the few cafés in Alice Springs that serve only freshly made produce. Try our S.I.P. teas for an afternoon tea time with your friends or pair up our espresso, which is made from quality coffee beans and freshly roasted on our machine, with delicious muffins or salads that are served at the cafe. Our daily specials include healthy gourmet food, which are also available for takeaway orders. We have a commercial kitchen where we prepare food while maintaining their freshness and quality. Originally situated within Bloomin Deserts Nursery, Watertank Café has moved to new premises, but we still offer the same award-winning service and menu that our regulars have grown fond of. With our dedication to serving healthy food and providing excellent customer service in our cafés in Alice Springs, we take pride in having numerous awards under our belt, which include Delicious Magazine and Lifestyle Food Awards and I Love Food Awards 2012. We even have two baristas who won the championship in the Northern Territory.
