Last Sunday my sister and her niece and my daughter and i went to the 4.30 session of Pitch Perfect 2 we bought our tickets and lined up but our mum was joining us as well but was running late we entered the cinema and saved her a seat. when she got there and bought a ticket and then proceeded to enter the cinema the attendant told her it was full and she couldnt go in mum told them that her daughters and 2 nieces were saving her a seat but they still didnt allow her into the cinema she was then told they would have to get a manager to ask them which she was allowed in but mum seems to think it was like 15mins later as she walked in i went and got her but she was visibly upset and the movie had started she is an elderly patron and i feel the way she was dealt with was in no way good for your business or customer relations i am writing this in the hope that no one else has to go through the same issue as mym mum
