Team has quite extensive local knowledge and products that work better and with better warranty for coastal conditions. Install was seamless, placement of ducts/units were well thought out. When we decided to replace our ducted airconditioner we had no idea where to start given the various choices available. We contacted Joel Dullard at Air Mid North Coast and he came to see us. We could not have chosen better. He was both courteous and efficient and was extremely helpful to us with our insurance claim. This company have been great to deal with. Joel, the boss came the next day when our a/c failed. Gave a prompt appraisal and quote for a new system. As soon as they received the new system, a team came to install it. They were a great bunch of blokes, professional, efficient and did a good job. They were also friendly and seemed to work well together and had a good relationship with each other. We didn’t shop around but the price seemed about right for the research we did. Outstanding experience from when we met Joel (Owner), quoted mid January with an excellent price with an amazing product. Air Conditioning installed the following week with a fantastic team, arrived at 7am and installation completed same day at 2.30pm.
