I could not recommend this company enough! The staff, both in the office and out in the field were great. The office staff were helpful, quick and efficient. They were more than happy to answer any questions, and super friendly. The guys the came to assist with my move were phenomenal. They were careful with all the belongings, and were very mindful of the flooring in both pick up and drop off places (both being polished wooden floors. Both guys have a great vibe, and again were so helpful and answered any questions I had. Commendable service, love your work!

Monday we had Norbet and Brendan move us from Sunshine Coast to Hervey Bay. These 2 lads were nothing short of excellent. The lead up to moving was handled by Scott who was professional and put us at ease. Norbet & Brendan arrived on time Monday morning to ensure we were out of our house by settlement. The truck arrived at Hervey Bay on time and the guys multiplied from 2 to 5. 5 Lads unloaded the truck in quick time and assisted in placing each item where required. We were impressed with the excellent service provided right from the very first phone call. Everyone was accommodating, friendly, professional and helpful and we couldn’t believe how they stacked the container so efficiently for storage. When furniture was redelivered to new home the same applied as above. It helped make our move a lot easier. We would have no hesitation in recommending Caloundra Removals to any of our friends or people ready to move into their new home.

Very happy with the service that Caloundra storage and removals provided. They showed when they said they would… they were very professional and efficient looked after our possessions well in storage and were then very flexible with arranging delivery times and dates.

I probably should only give 4 because they left something behind initially. However, they seamlessly responded the next day and delivered it as well.. they were all extremely helpful and no fuss.
