Hello all, we recently had Alex and the team at our home to remove our very tired and dated ducted air conditioning. Alex guided us through the whole process in choosing the right air conditioning for our home. Alex installed the new ducted air conditioning and we decided to get the MyZone3 control centre as well. Let me inform you the whole process was in my opinion, very professional, prompt and left the place spotless. We are loving the new air conditioning!!!

We had to call Alex recently to fix a problem with our heat pump water heater because we had no hot water. He arrived at our house within an hour, as he promised, and fixed the problem to ensure we had hot water available. His service rates were also very reasonable. We could not ask for more than that.
