Do we need to remove mirrors and art work from the walls?

No. We can do this for you especially if the items are large or heavy. We will safely place them in an area you are happy with during our work. At our completion of work we will relocate your items back to their original location for you.

Do Majestic Painting Services supply scaffolding or mobile equipment as part of the works?

Yes we do. If we require machinery such as scissor lifts or boom lifts to access the surfaces to be worked on then we will include hire in our price. Our quote will clearly state if equipment is required and if it is included in the price. All of our operators have their Yellow EWPA card and a select few have the WP Work Platform Boom >11m or more license.

Do Majestic Painting Services supply SWMS for works to be completed?

Yes we do. Our company is CM3 prequalified which allows us to work on Lendlease sites nationally. We have up to date Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. We provide a safe work site for all of our employees and clients. In order to do this we assess each site individually and provide a Safe Work Method Statement which is site specific to each project.

Can Majestic Painting Services provide a manufacturers warranty for works completed?

Yes we can. We can offer warrantied through Dulux and Taubmans systems.

Do Majestic Painting Services offer after hours work?

Yes we do. Many busy commercial sites require work to be completed outside of normal trading times especially if the work schedule is tight. Painting is best being done when there are no other trades present so we offer outside of normal hours for these projects.

Can Majestic Painting Services supply the paint for the works?

Yes you can, however our quotes include the supply of quality paints from the suppliers of Dulux, Taubmans, Wattyl and Berger paint companies. We back the product warranty by making sure that the paint system recommended by the manufacturer is followed. We can't guarantee the performance of lessor quality paints.

We recently had Majestic Painting Services (Craig & Naomi) paint the exterior of our home, and we are very pleased with the results. They painted the entire exterior, including the walls and eaves. They also repaired some minor cracks and leakages and cleaned the surfaces before painting. The paint application was smooth and even, with no drips or missed spots. We hired Naomi and Craig to paint the entire interior of our home, replace all existing internal and wardrobe doors as well as conduct a number of repair jobs that needed to get done around the house. It was a big job! Naomi and Craig were simply amazing! As work progressed, the house presented with a number of challenges that were unexpected. This meant the job was bigger than originally thought. The Otto team never compromised on their high standards of workmanship and their attention to detail was incredible. They worked 24 x 7 to compete the job. The team take great pride in their work ensuring that the job is done to the highest standards. In addition, their communication throughout was excellent. The before and after result of our home is simply amazing! We now have an exterior project for them later in the year!! The team are in high demand so I highly recommend you book them far in advance! We hired Majestic Painting Services to paint the exterior of our home. From our initial contact with Naomi and Craig through to the very end of the work they were impressive in their detailed approach, thoroughness and knowledge. Our job was a large, weather dependent job, which took around 3 weeks to complete. No short cuts were taken. The preparation was exceptional which ensured an exceptional outcome for us fussy homeowners. Craig and Naomi are good planners, good communicators, flexible, trustworthy and very hard-working. We have asked them to fit us in for some additional work as a result of our high level of satisfaction with their excellent service.

Do we need to wash the building down before you arrive?

Our quote will clearly outline all preparations that we will be supplying and what our clients will need to do. Normally we would be including a building wash down as part of our external painting quote but we will ask that any plants or trees that are against the building be pruned/cut back by the owner to allow safe access to all building surfaces.

Do we need to move our furniture?

No. All we ask is that any breakables/precious items be packed and stored safely somewhere away from the work zone. Heavy furniture needs to have the contents removed and stored away from the work zone to allow us to move the furniture. At the completion of works we will replace the furniture back into its original location ready for you to repack.
