Took 12 weeks to fill our simple order and then tiles turned up broken. Reordered 3 times and each time boxes turned up with broken tiles. No explanation or communication when we were told to come and pick up the order. Terrible experience with national tile gallery would not recommend and after speaking to local tilers that have experienced 6 month delays and broken tiles they also did not recommend dealing with this company. Certain staff were rude and unhelpful

Northern Tile Gallery have a great selection of tiles in all sizes, colours and textures to suit any area. We bought our outdoor tiles for our new entertainment area outside, was really happy with the service from the staff, from the moment we walked in they were straight over to serve us, were happy to help and give any advice.
