The Greenwood Booking .. Sunday 8/12/24:The whole experience today was wonderful… firstly thank you for going to great effort to make up a table of 10 for our booking… The food was plentiful & delicious!!!! The staff were exceptional, being friendly, Accommodating & efficient… we will definitely return…. I organised a group of 8 people for the Christmas lunch tour on the princess December 2024. Everyone had a great time loved the food, trivia, entertainment and the cruise. They all felt that they got value for money. The boat was elder friendly with everything they needed on the ONE level . The spiral staircase to master was to get up on top deck. Really not essential if you think stairs are a challenge for you. Able to see if you are on the main level. Crew was very friendly and nothing was a problem for them. Drink prices were ok and what one would expect for a boat on a lunch cruise. Deb.

As two elderly folk, my brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch cruise, largely due to the thoughtfullness of the pilot and his commentator. Being "out of towners" we were anxious to hear the commentry, but because of the restaurant noise, that was almost impossible for us . These two lovely gentlemen men suggested that we move to a vacant table at the very front of the boat right next to the commentator. Added to that, they were prepared to answer any questions we had. A big thank you to them both, but especially the pilot who was particularly good at explaining the route and the features of the harbour. What a lovely young man. We had a great day thanks to Nova Cruises.

The Nova team did an amazing job of making the whole experience, fun, relaxing, and totally enjoyable. Megan was a great hostess, very diligent at catering for everyone's wishes and everything flowed really well. This was our 3rd cruise with Nova and we've loved every one of them.

Thank you Nova Cruises for another fantastic cruise, the best one yet, on Melbourne Cup Day. The trip was an absolute delight. Your staff were professional, and polite. I loved the way the young woman who did the sweeps (sorry I didn't get her name) bounced around and kept the happy vibe going. The entertainment was just perfect. The cruise itself was incredible, we saw places we didn't know existed, and then there is the boat/ship/ferry itself, what a treasure Newcastle has in that, and the people who operate her. I will return for another trip down the track, in the meantime you ask how the experience can be improved and I say to you that you cannot improve on perfection. Well done.

The crew were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The captain was most informative with his commentary throughout the cruise. Great selection of buffet style food for lunch with delicious dessert. Vegetarian meal choice was fantastic! Perfect size vessel. Good harbour views from all angles.
