Had a ver bad experience today. Staff wouldn't sell me a bird when I was cash ready, they were ruse and didn't understand my situation. They were nothing but rude. They sell sick animals and andmilas that have poor nutrition. Wouldn't recommend.

Pet HQ has an awesome range of products and wonderful staff! I received the most amazing service from Kim. She certainly needs to be congratulated . I have not come across this kind of care before :D

Would highly recommend Pet HQ. I went in looking for a particular kind of kitty litter and Micheal tracked down a supplier for me and got it in asap. There courteous and friendly staff are just amazing!!
