On our way home from Cairns to Canberra and our 12v 3 way fridge decided to pack it in. We had scheduled a stopover in Bowen & did a Google and up popped Tim Warren with 5 star reviews. We did an immediate b line to the business and we were not disappointed. Spoke to reception and she arranged Tim to have a look there and then. After accessing the problem Tim said what was required and arranged for the work to be done almost immediately. Great outcome at a good price and can see why the business gets 5 ***** reviews. I had to replace my front right tire and decided to go to ‘Proserpine Tyrepower’. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Tyson, an incredibly friendly and attentive staff member, who promptly inspected the tire. He immediately searched for the best and most affordable replacement tire in the office and offered to install it right away. Ten minutes later, the tire was on, and I was back on the road. Not only was the job done swiftly and with the utmost professionalism, but I also received recommendations on where to stop next. The experience was beyond excellent. The staff members were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. The job was done for a great price. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
