We are the Pioneer and Largest Mixed Martial Arts Club on the Capricorn Coast. We Teach Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ and Self Defense Classes. We are a family owned and operated club with over 50 members in training and are proud to be locals. Our students range from 10 to 60 years old and the goal of our club is to provide affordable self defence classes to the community by use of our social martial arts club were all fee's go back into the club to improve equipment and fund the sports progress. We have now opened our full time training centre in Yeppoon.

Doug has over 30 years experience in teaching Taekwon-do, self-defense, and conducting group fitness and personal training sessions. Doug is a seasoned professional in the martial arts and fitness realm. Embracing the belief that martial arts contribute significantly to physical, mental, and moral growth, Doug has diversified his training with cross-disciplinary exposure in Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Zen Do Kai, and Boxing. While adept in multiple disciplines, Taekwon-do holds a special place in Doug's heart and stands out as his recommended art. We make wonderful projects with craft, hold science experiments, �cook� and help save the environment with creative construction. Kreative Kraft 3-5 year olds Workshops run for approx. 1 hour $10 for Term bookings and product costs are inclusive. Casual rates are also available. Mon-Fri 9.30am-10.30 or 11.00am-12.00pm.
