We are the Pioneer and Largest Mixed Martial Arts Club on the Capricorn Coast. We Teach Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ and Self Defense Classes. We are a family owned and operated club with over 50 members in training and are proud to be locals. In the realm of Taekwon-do, Doug holds the prestigious title of a registered 6th Degree Black Belt, International Instructor, and Examiner with ITF Taekwon-do Australia.
