Ideal Placements is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to offering support and employment service to the Whitsundays community. We have more than 80 years experience in providing employment services and training to those who are ready to work but are a disadvantage. Our staff assist clients living with a disability, making the transition from school to work, Indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders and conforming back into society after prison. All of our services are funded by the government and include resume building and interview support, apprenticeships and traineeships, NDIS and employment consultations.
