About
Hello & Welcome, For over three decades I've been dedicated to supporting individuals like you on their healing journeys. I am curious about how you see the world, what matters to you, and how you are feeling physically, mentally, and spiritually. I offer compassionate support to assist you in rediscovering your innate wisdom by weaving ancient healing traditions with modern psychotherapy practices and modalities. These include, but are not limited to, transpersonal psychotherapy, dreamwork, somatic therapy, EMDR, Eco-psychotherapy, Jungian depth psychology, expressive therapies, body & breath work, psychedelic preparation and integration (please note, I do not provide a trip sitting service). I also facilitate retreats and dream groups, both in person and online. Professional and personal insights have led me to create ways of working with people that are effective for all ages and diverse human concerns, from the practical to the profound. So, whether you're facing something familiar or something hard to define, I'm here to support you in understanding your needs, whatever they may be. Private health rebates available, please check with your health provider.

I have always found psychotherapist Jo O'Callaghan very knowledgeable during my time with her. Her vast experience in the field, her cultural sensitivity, patience and kindness have not only made me feel comfortable in discussing my sensitive issues, I have felt empowered by the end of each session and far less burdened by those issues. I highly recommend Jo as a professional psychotherapist.

About
The Aboriginal Carbon Foundation supports carbon farming projects, led by Indigenous rangers. It connects Aboriginal communities who supply carbon credits, with organisations seeking to offset their carbon pollution and provides training for Indigenous rangers. We were established as a not-for-profit entity in 2010 and have grown and expanded deliverables, to meet demand, innovation, industry, community developments and best practice. The nearly 100% Indigenous staff are passionate about working to build viable economies on Aboriginal lands. We are supported by a range of associates and project partners, who are equally committed to supporting Indigenous people. The AbCF operates on the cutting edge of ideas and community-based solutions. Our offices are located around Australia.
