Amazing treatments from Abbey if Whistling Kite Healing Therapies. Abbey does a great combination for me if massage, bowen therapy and access bars, to relive stress and aches and help turn busy mind off. Her treatment room is impeccably clean and has very strict hygiene protocols in place. Highly recommended if you need to feel better body and mind.

Bowen can be used for almost any condition and will pretty much help every ache and pain you have happening. Whether it be a headache, a sore neck or lower back issue, or even tennis elbow from too much sport, or heaven forbid, from work. In this day and age of computers we are seeing more and more instances of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and many other common issues from being seated for long periods of time such as Sciatica.
