When treating you I look at how one area affects another and work to treat the cause not just the symptoms. I work to your comfort level to ensure you are relaxed as the nervous system is the key – if you tense up, your muscles will not let go. No pain, no gain does not apply with massage – we cannot force the nervous system we must work with it. I also work on the meridians (energy channels) and acupoints and work to correct energetic imbalances. I look at you holistically and give you a personalised treatment. Mind, body and soul are connected and that’s why I offer holistic massage. You will feel calm, rejuvenated and blissful after a session with me. I pay attention to all the little things that make a difference – I work to your comfort level and ensure you are relaxed, provide soft towels, soft lighting, beautiful healing music, use natural aromatherapy oils, and give my full attention to you.
