My name is Bella and I have over 16 years of experience in massage therapy and aromatherapy. I recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and I changed my business name to reflect what I am offering as I have evolved so much over the years. So while the business name is new, I am a very experienced massage therapist. Holistic means encompassing the whole, not just a part. When treating you I look at how one area affects another and work to treat the cause not just the symptoms. I work to your comfort level to ensure you are relaxed as the nervous system is the key – if you tense up, your muscles will not let go. No pain, no gain does not apply with massage – we cannot force the nervous system we must work with it. I also work on the meridians (energy channels) and acupoints and work to correct energetic imbalances. I look at you holistically and give you a personalised treatment.
