Shane has worked in the construction industry for 11 years. Starting his career as an apprentice in 2010, he began developing his skills on-site as well as through study, completing his apprenticeship in 2013. Shane then went on to work as a carpenter until 2015 where he continued to study to obtain his Builder's Licence. Upon completion of his Builder’s Licence, Shane worked as a site foreman until deciding to start his own company, Dependabuild, alongside his wife in 2019.
