Every step of our service was spot on. We called on the morning after their break and with a broken washing machine were able to fit us in within a day or two. The fellas were on time and new exactly what they were doing and easily could of taken advantage of the issue but were 100% honest and fixed the machine quickly and for a great price. We were also told that at 10 years old it may not last too long and gave us a couple of recommendations on what to buy next time from their experience. Thank you Kerrs.

Fantastic service. had to have 2 appliances repaired same day and it was no trouble to book them in together. the technician was polite, got straight to the problem, fixed in no time at all. very professional and worthy of their name and account.
