I was recommended Pete through a friend. He was friendly on the phone and organised a time to come and look at my needs and provide a quote for me. Once confirmed, air-con was ordered and all up the job was completed within 2 weeks. I'm very happy with the result of my fully ducted air-con. Had a little hiccup to begin with but on saying that they were very apologetic when they realised what had happened. Service received was great and everything regarding what was replaced, explained clearly. I would certainly use Ethical Electrical & Refrigeration again
