We offer heated water 12 months of the year with Tweed Heads South and Murwillumbah being fully indoors. The team at TRAC are the leaders in providing quality lessons in learn to swim. Our learn-to-swim programme is accredited by both Austswim and Swim Australia. We offer programmes such as deep water running, gentle aqua exercise, aquaerobics and yoga. In Murwillumbah, we also offer a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool to assist those with disabilities, injury or degenerative conditions.
