My name is Bella and I have over 16 years of experience in massage therapy and aromatherapy. I have a holistic approach and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for you, while ensuring your experience is enjoyable, empowering and healing, means that you can trust you will be in good hands, and move towards optimal health and wellness. I recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and I changed my business name to reflect what I am offering as I have evolved so much over the years. So while the business name is new, I am a very experienced massage therapist. Holistic means encompassing the whole, not just a part. When treating you I look at how one area affects another and work to treat the cause not just the symptoms. I work to your comfort level to ensure you are relaxed as the nervous system is the key – if you tense up, your muscles will not let go. No pain, no gain does not apply with massage – we cannot force the nervous system we must work with it. I also work on the meridians (energy channels) and acupoints and work to correct energetic imbalances. I look at you holistically and give you a personalised treatment.
