So while the business name is new, I am a very experienced massage therapist. Holistic means encompassing the whole, not just a part. When treating you I look at how one area affects another and work to treat the cause not just the symptoms. I work to your comfort level to ensure you are relaxed as the nervous system is the key – if you tense up, your muscles will not let go. No pain, no gain does not apply with massage – we cannot force the nervous system we must work with it.
