I ordered online, not only were the flowers gorgeous, the service was impeccable, there was a problem with the delivery address, both the lovely lady from blossoms and the courier went out of their way to ensure the flowers were delivered successfully, 5 stars ++

I highly recommend Jen & the Team at Haven Botanical. Ordering products from a florist over the phone could have been a daunting process, wanting something special for a special family and occasion, but it was made "easy" because the interaction with Jen & the Team was not only completely professional, but helpful, friendly, courteous and patient with my various questions and accommodated my request (to provide a different pot for the chosen plant which required repotting), always with a "can do" attitude, nothing was "too hard".
