So, I am the first to write a review here. Lets start with a positive then - or not? Just picked up my car after my accident where I damaged the rear bumper, lights and so... have to say that the service at Gemini Ballarat is outstanding. even I asked a few questions to much I guess, the answers where friendly, professional and satisfying. And on Top of that patient chat with Ben was the next surprise when I saw my car: never in my life of 62 years I received such a clean car back in my hands from a mechanic.
