I’d give 6 stars if possible. Brook and the team go above and beyond. Simply stunning customer service. Our alternator failed on a long weekend trip to Orange and the guys went to great lengths to get our holiday weekend back on track. Disaster on Friday afternoon was rectified by Saturday morning and not just via off the shelf replacement. The alternator required is difficult to source but that was no barrier to getting us back on the road. A good quality unit was sourced at the wreckers and fitted at a very reasonable cost. Amazing.

Camel's Truck Repairs (CTR) offer a 24 hour/7 Day diesel repair Breakdown Service. CTR's large workshop is situated north of Gilgandra, encompassing a 100km radius servicing the Warren, Narromine, Coonamble and Coonabarabran districts. As diesel repair specialists with over 15 years' experience, our fully qualified mechanics can attend to your 4wd, Truck, Trailer, Farm Machinery and Earth Moving requirements. The acquisition of four new portable Truck Hoists allows for an intensive inspection of the under carriage of your prime mover. Our staff levels have recently increased to handle all of your parts and repair needs with a new parts showroom and driver rest area. The new on-road 4 tonne Service Truck has an A-Z of spare parts, oxy, welding and Hyab. 12 and 24 volt jump packs, secondary fuel tank and water tank with electric pump and large air compressor. The truck is also registered with NRMA Heavy Vehicle Assist. CTR carry out all light and heavy vehicle inspections, along with: Flywheel grinding from 6" to 600mm in dia with same day turnaround Manifold machining and Surface grinding Engine, Differential and Transmission re-builds All types of conversions Suspension re-bushing and replacement spring packs Brake and steer repairs and components Power steering repairs including flow testing Manufacture of exhaust systems Manufacture of hydraulic hoses Diagnostic engine reader Turntable and hoist repairs No need to unhook your trailer there's plenty of turning space. We have been using Camels truck repairs for over 12mths I cannot express how detrimental it is when owning a heavy vehicle to have a competent and professional mechanic to work on your vehicle. In the time we have used John and Amanda they have been amazing in all areas when working on our vehicle. Every time we come in John goes over it with a fine tooth comb which I so much appreciate as we are too busy sometimes to check everything.
