I just saw someone else’s (great) review reminder I never did my own. I never do! Not Normally. But they are so exceptionally good, I had to. Yes, Blake IS a bloody legend but the whole team together make the business great - providing a service which is seamless & stress free, right from the 1st phone call, & all through every other phone call lol as they sorted out what it seemed nobody else could. The reason they could? Because they have an in-depth knowledge of the industry, know what they can & can’t do, & aren’t trying to rip you off. I’d been trying to get a new (old!) drivers side window, 4 weeks and all I got was grief. Blake had it sorted in no time.. knowing he could use another make/ model with a slight adjustment. I spoke to I don’t know how many ‘blokes!’ about it (wreckers, mechanics etc) most said I had a slim to none chance. How many Blokes equal one Blake? A lot!

I was so impressed by the knowledge and customer service given by Andrew and his wonderful staff. We had just driven 6 scary km's and I thought my car was about to die. I found 1st Choice Mechanical via Google and I'm SO GLAD I did. After years of problems, Andrew diagnosed and fixed my car straight away, now it's driving like a dream. I recently updated the family car with a great trade in price, Zoran was very helpful and the transition was very quick and smooth, had me driving away with a huge smile on my face. From the first time we set foot in the car yard Zoran asked "if we needed a hand with anything", I said "we are just looking at the moment", which he left us to wonder around and have a look, never followed us around like most car dealers and constantly asking us questions but he was always available if we had any questions for him, was never pushy and that's what made the experience so easy and smooth.
