In early 1989 Patioland moved to a little rented factory at Bearing Rd, Seven Hills. When the company grew in 1992 now employing 8 staff, it was time for Peter and Ann to purchase their own factory at Vardy’s Rd, Marayong where Patioland occupied these premises for 10 years yet with the company expanding every year it was time to purchase a larger factory at 41 Third Avenue, Blacktown. Patioland at this time employed 15 full time employees and specialised in pergolas, decks and patios, opening roofs, insulated roofing, custom awnings, timber decking and carports.
