Summit's massive timetable is chock full of group fitness classes ranging from high intensity training to strength training, aqua aerobics, mind body sessions and low impact classes. Choose the class you prefer, depending on whether you wish to improve muscle tone, build strength, increase flexibility, build fitness or enhance your state of mind. At Summit, we'll help you achieve your optimal fitness level, whatever that may be. Depending on the outcomes you wish to achieve, we have a range of fabulous group fitness classes to suit all ages and stages of fitness. If you're unsure where to start, our friendly, and experienced team can advise you on one or two group fitness classes to try, and you can build on your routine from there. We're always here to help. GYM FLOOR From the moment you arrive, you'll experience a warm welcome with reliable, consistent service for each and every member. We are a full service fitness centre, well staffed with highly educated, long term instructors who offer a wealth of industry experience while guiding you through your fitness training program. We created a women's only gym floor because we understand many women want to train with discretion, in an atmosphere which mixed gyms simply do not provide. Our team want you to feel comfortable, safe, motivated and ready to achieve your fitness goals. We offer great fitness solutions and options for women of all ages. Our trainers can help you with all aspects of women's fitness including specialised areas such as pregnancy and post pregnancy training, pelvic floor strengthening and training during menopause. LEARN TO SWIM Our incredible North Coast lifestyle is based around the water - from pools to rivers, creeks, dams and, of course, the ocean. We understand how imperative it is that your child learns and embraces water safety, then becomes a competent swimmer. Your child's safety and confidence in the water is our priority - in fact, it could save their life! We pride ourselves on our quality team of long-term, AustSwim qualified swimming instructors, who are all experienced in teaching the vital life skill of swimming, as well as stroke technique. Our instructors are passionate about ensuring you and your family are safe and confident in the water. Summit Fitness Centre is a family-owned business, with children of our own. We thank you for entrusting us with teaching your child to swim. We will honour your trust by doing a great job in helping your child learn to swim. Our aim is to foster a love of swimming for recreation, exercise and/or fitness. Our Learn to Swim classes run for 30 minutes each. Your child receives individual attention from our dedicated, fully qualified instructors due to our small group sizes. We also offer private, one-to-one lessons where the instructor focuses solely on your child's development. We're proud to say that thousands of local children have become strong swimmers through our swim program we run at Summit Fitness Centre. We provide a unique and fun approach to swimming and water safety which gets great results. Adult Learn to Swim classes are also available - or you may wish to brush up on your swimming technique or improve your fitness. Summit's experienced instructors can assist with all your swimming lesson needs and stroke development.
