He was courteous, cheerful, respectful, attentive to what was happening, was very knowledgeable and eventually tracked down the problem. Received excellent and quick service when I I I I I had to get a "In-Sink-Erator" replaced urgently as it was tripping my main switch. Ben arrived as scheduled and very quickly sourced a new one and had it working and installed without any problem. I will definitely use this company again!

I have used Paul twice and each time he has been on time to the minute, extremely helpful and very efficient and I honestly can't praise him highly enough. I will definitely continue to use him for any future plumbing problems.
