I have over 12 years experience with small dogs and I am very passionate about what I do, that is why your beloved pooch receives time, care and attention and is treated like part of the family while in my care We take your pooch on regular walks while holidaying with us. Your pooch is free to roam our large family backyard; this means we do not lock your pooch in cages or runs We have your pooch's safety in our interests; we will endeavor to make their stay the best experience possible. This means we will do everything in our power to make sure this happens. As a premium provider of care to your small pooch, we will only accept dogs that are sociable and well behaved. Services can be refused if we believe there is unsociable behaviour which includes any form of aggression and excessive barking To ensure that we are able to provide personalised service to your pooch, we limit our dog boarding bookings to 4 small pooches at one time Initial Visit (Meet and Greet) We require this initial visit to be carried out before any dog is booked in; on your inquiry phone call make a meet and greet appointment with you. This is a free service which includes a visit to our home so that we can meet you and your pooch. This meeting takes approximately 15 minutes and allows you to assess our arrangements. It also allows us to assess the suitability of your pooch to this environment At this time we will give you an information pack with forms that will need to be completed and returned should you wish to go ahead with the booking. (if you can no longer attend your meet and greet or if you are going to be late for the time that you have been booked in for, please give us a courtesy call) SERVICES: Dog Boarding Doggy Day Care Dog Walking Dog Bathing MAKING A BOOKING: When you make an inquiry with us, we ask you some questions about your pooch and we have requirements before your dog is booked in with us: Micro-chipped Registered Flea, tick and worm treatment up to date Vaccination up to date Desexed Bathed before their stay WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE: A lead A copy of the vaccination Their bed (we find your pooch will settle better if they sleep in their own bed) Anything that will make your pooches stay more like home (if you are going to be late for the time you have been booked in for to drop off or pick up your pooch, please give us a courtesy call as we book other appointments around your appointment time and it can make our day run late) We look forward to meeting you and your pooch soon!
