This is/was my favourite place to stop when visiting my elderly mother once a month. I used to stop every time on my way home to get supplies to take home and treats to eat on the way home π but extremely disappointed as I travel home on a Sunday and now they are closed. I don't understand as I'm sure this would have been one of your busiest days. Please any chance of you guys ever opening on a Sunday again π ππππ

We bought the bakery in 2018, recognising that it was a unique and growing business with a loyal customer base who demand exceptional quality. The Blind Baker uses only the best, freshest ingredients to ensure our gluten-free sweet and savoury baked goods are of the highest quality and taste simply amazing! The βmother doughβ we use at the beginning of the baking process has been growing for years, producing an exceptional bread.
