Hi there, I'm Caitlin and I'm the mastermind behind Sweet Bee, a small home-based business located in Wagga Wagga, NSW. I started this venture in November 2015, right after completing my pastry chef apprenticeship in Melbourne. Initially, I only made cakes for family and friends, but as demand grew, so did my business. Since its inception, Sweet Bee has weathered countless late nights, a couple of mental breakdowns, a few changes of address, and even a global pandemic. Nevertheless, my passion for baking remains unwavering, and Sweet Bee continues to serve as my creative sanctuary. I find building something that is uniquely mine and sharing it with others to be extremely rewarding. At Sweet Bee, I combine my love of art with my love of all things sweet and delicious. I enjoy experimenting with unique and challenging designs, but I'm equally happy creating sleek, simple cakes.
