This is/was my favourite place to stop when visiting my elderly mother once a month. I used to stop every time on my way home to get supplies to take home and treats to eat on the way home π but extremely disappointed as I travel home on a Sunday and now they are closed. I don't understand as I'm sure this would have been one of your busiest days. Please any chance of you guys ever opening on a Sunday again π ππππ

We strive to uphold the strictest guidelines to provide a safe environment for creating fresh, mouth-watering gluten-free products. You can be assured that our processes are thorough and consistent. The Blind Baker uses only the best, freshest ingredients to ensure our gluten-free sweet and savoury baked goods are of the highest quality and taste simply amazing! Come in and try our gluten-free lemonade or savoury scones. Our artisan sourdough is made daily using time-honoured, traditional methods. The βmother doughβ we use at the beginning of the baking process has been growing for years, producing an exceptional bread.
