He arrived on time and was cheerful and efficient, explaining to us the intricacies of our drainage system. The camera was invaluable. My mind was at rest that trees close to the house were not the cause of the blockage. Olley cleared the blockage and cleaned the entire length of drain as the fall was very little. Great job! I phoned Jesse regarding a blocked sewer pipe, the toilet water was rising and sewage was gushing out of the pipe all under the house every time the toilet was flushed. Jesse arranged for Jack to come out that day. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable, he quickly located the blockage and unblocked it efficiently. He confirmed the toilet was now flushing normally and cleaned up afterwards. I have known the team from PKE for many years & have known them to be honest, reliable & have pride in their work. Our renovation entailed both interior & exterior works.
