So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. Good to find a battery sales place staffed by knowledgeable Gentlemen. From the phone call to James to the installation by Adam. Nothing was a problem. Fast ,efficient , and most important, explained to me in terms I could understand. A 3 year warranty, not 30 months like most other places. Big bonus was the price.
