So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. One of the best chemist in Newcastle my mum passed away from stage 4 emphysema ... The staff looked after her like she was family. The staff always showed mum compassion empathy and good old fashion customer service ... Which is very good considering most shops not all ... Would not no wat customer service is let alone practise it ... Anyway Darby st chemist even let mums credit run up well a lot ... I'm slowly paying it off as that's the right thing 2 do ... I asked a young sales woman pushing a trolley about a plug in thingy for my son's old car that receives blue tooth and can play his music. As you can see I have no idea what I was looking for. But she did! She was awesome and friendly and didn't make me feel like a daggy mum who doesn't know technology. PLUS my son was super happy with the result. Happy Christmas!!
