The woman who takes care of admin is fantastic (Michelle). I was unable to pick up the car before going on a trip for a week and they were so understanding and even offered to drive my car to my home so that it would be there waiting for me on my return. The care they have for customers is something I haven't seen at any other mechanic. Really nice to see good people doing good business.

I asked a young sales woman pushing a trolley about a plug in thingy for my son's old car that receives blue tooth and can play his music. As you can see I have no idea what I was looking for. Good to find a battery sales place staffed by knowledgeable Gentlemen. From the phone call to James to the installation by Adam. Nothing was a problem. Fast ,efficient , and most important, explained to me in terms I could understand. A 3 year warranty, not 30 months like most other places. Big bonus was the price.
