I recently had a fantastic experience with Kane ( on site mechanic) and staff at Noosa Batteries. At very short notice, they were incredibly helpful, offered me a great price, and truly went out of their way to assist. It’s rare to find such good, kind, old fashioned customer service these days. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and friendly service.

Excellent old fashioned service, the owner (Dennis I think) was professional and efficient and was half the price of the dealer. I have a three old Hilux 4wd Ute with only 50,000 klm which wasn't running very well. Dealer did a 'diagnostic' and said there was nothing wrong after a one hour check, said it could be bad quality fuel! Dennis had the car all day and now it feels brand new, the difference in how thorough he was is night and day to the dealer.

Just had a call from Luke to advise he'd saved me 1k on the work that was originally quoted to get my safety inspection certificate and general service done. Can't speak highly enough of how grateful we are for this honesty and customer service, will be bringing ALL our vehicles to Luke & the team from now on....Thanks Again Luke & Team
