We had our carpets cleaned by Nick today. After having kids and 2 pets living inside the house i held very little hope of my sad looking, 4 year old light carpert resembling anything like it was. Leanne and her husband were more than helpful and accommodating in helping sort out mould that was on my 2.7 metre roller blind. I’d tried all the home remedies but nothing was working. The thing that stood out to me was their ability to get rid of the mould on the blind but also many places weren’t as flexible and accomodating with time and dates as Leanne and her husband were. 5/5 would definitely use their service again. Super friendly and local !

I highly recommend Jim's Carpet Cleaning: LAKE MACQUARIE! They have both friendly and professional staff. They were on time, knowledgeable and efficient. This eased the pressure when I was getting my house ready to rent. They offer carpet cleaning and tile cleaning services (among others). I decided to have both done to save me time. I highly recommend and it was well worth choosing the services. Especially the tile and grout cleaning, as I tried to scrup my whole downstairs area on my hands and knees. It took me a whole day and I still didn't get the clean that Jim's Carpet Cleaning Lake Macquarie got in the end. Kerry, Nicole and the team made the place sparkle. Great service from the boys. They cleaned 2 property including carpets, couches, rug and dining chairs and they did a great job. They even make it completely dry before they left and was able to remove all stains ( with children there are stains everywhere). Im very happy with the services. They were recommended to us by my mother in law who used them for her house carpets and couches and she was very happy with the service too. Thank you.
