From the very start Carpet One & Tiles Mackay were very professional, they were the only Mackay Carpet business that responded to my online quote request from the their websites so I didn't waste any further time on getting quotes from the other carpet places, their showroom is set up well and has heaps of different carpet styles and colours as well as very friendly staff, they offered samples to take home for assessment, they coordinated a home visit and measure up within 48 hours of requesting the online quote request, their pricing was very good, they were able to complete the job within a suitable time frame, their tradesman (Zac) with his apprentice did a very professional job, installation was completed quickly and efficiently, carpet looks perfect, they also offer an inhouse carpet overlocking/edging service for making made to measure mats out of any off-cuts that are left over, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Extremely happy with both occassions we have used your company. Had our whole house security screened and a special cat door put into our laundry screen for entrance into our cat enclosure. We are so happy with the result. Exceptional service. I think the installer was Jason - what a great fella (very polite and respectful)... Rod did our quotes and was lovely, and Judy has been an absolute Goddess to deal with over the phone and by email. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. It's nice to get this great old fashioned service where they really care. Had trouble with my security screen door once while my husband was away, you sent help within an hour - SERVICE SECOND TO NONE. Highly recommend - Keep your $ local - support local business! Great experience working with Rebecca from Mi-ekka Designs. Helpful, responsive, knowledgeable in particular about products suitable for holiday rental in humid climates. Rebecca was always prompt and professional. I relied on her advice for product selection as I was interstate to the property being refit and I could not be happier with the results.
