To repair a burst water pipe connection I hired a concrete cutter for half a day. Before I could return home a plumber had arrived and assessed that it would not be necessary to cut through a concrete path, and proceeded to fix the leak. Two hours after I had hired the concrete cutter I returned to Kawana Hire to return the it, and mentioned that as I had not needed to use the cutter, it would not need servicing. I was not seeking a refund of the hire fee, but after a brief inspection of the cutter the proprietors offered to refund in full the hire fee. While I have been a irregular client for many years, I was very pleasantly surprised with the offer, and will continue to patronise the business when I need machinery.

Matt was really helpful and thought about the best way to do our job and really took the time to do it properly. Our stable paddock used to be flooded every time it rained but with some well placed drains and swales it is now dry. Matt really knows his job and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of work done. And yes, a really nice guy as well.
