Basically, it brings your body back to balance by remembering your old body memory – the one that used to be pain-free and mobile. Bowen Therapy is a very solid and physical practice of pain management practised worldwide applying small, specific manipulations to the muscles and tendons. It is not considered massage and can be done through light clothing, there are regular pauses between muscle manipulations to enable the body time to reset and heal itself – these are very important for your body to heal.
