Bowen Therapy is a very simple and dynamic procedure utilising a “cross-fibre muscle release technique” which accesses the body's ability to heal itself and realign the body to its optimum ability. Basically, it brings your body back to balance by remembering your old body memory – the one that used to be pain-free and mobile.
