South East Self Defence is your local Sunshine Coast martial arts centre. We have been providing quality martial arts training for children and adults for many years. We are the only school on the Sunshine Coast that are nationally recognised by the Australian Jujitsu Federation and we take pride in our students and the martial arts we teach. Build confidence and focus in your child's development through a specially designed Little Dragon (ages 4-7) and Junior (ages 8-12) program. The Little Dragon program encourages students to act with respect, confidence and discipline while the Junior program trains in discipline development, physical fitness and goal setting activities. All students learn a verbal strategies program that focuses on verbally de-escalating heated situations. We also have a specially designed women's only class.
