Excellent experience, reliable, prompt, friendly and kind and will go above and beyond. I 100% recommend Todd and his team at Browns Autobahn! The experience well exceeded my expectations. My car's air con stopped working and I had already called 4 places who all said they couldn't fit me in for between 2 and 3 weeks. I'm 8 months pregnant and it's unbearable to have to drive in 37 degree heat in summer without air con. I came across Browns Autobahn, gave them a call and Todd told me they'd fit me in the very next morning! They re-gassed the car completely fixing the air con issue but also gave the car back in much better condition than when it arrived. The small touches like vacuuming the front seat floors and washing the outside before giving the car back didn't go unnoticed. It's these kinds of experiences that create a loyal customer base and I will definitely be back and recommending them to others :) Such a brilliant service overall 🙌

We purchased a new ute from Caloundra City Autos. It was the best car sales experience we have ever had. We went into the showroom and were left to look around for ourselves, no one came up and hassled us but there were staff around on hand. We got the attention of a member of staff who brought one of the sales people out to meet us. We met Toni who was great and while we were telling her what we were looking for the friendly manager Matt introduced himself. They brought a car up to us that they had in stock, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We then dealt with Anthony to work out the finance and he was great. There was never any pressure put on us and they went above and beyond to help make the process as efficient as possible. All three members of staff were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with the company and staff members. Would highly recommend them and will not go anywhere else again.

Paul at Ultra Mechanics runs a terrific business. We had an issue with our Lexus CT200H and as my wife is a Community Aged Care worker she needs her car to do her job. Paul diagnosed the fault quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed through the process. He then sent across a quote for the repairs before proceeding. Paul also noticed the car needed a major service so he also quoted on this work. We were happy with the price so asked Paul to go ahead. Paul completed all the work as promised in that day at a fair price and the work is first rate. Paul and Ultra Mechanic will be our new mechanic for future work and servicing on our Lexus CT200 Hybrid. Excellent family business from Andrew & team. The customer service left me saying "I will be back again without a doubt". It is So refreshing to have confidence in a mechanic again. I was given a fast appointment due to an unexpected long distant family event arising, and from start to finish my service was could not have been any better.
