At our academies you will learn the same techniques taught at the Gracie Academy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The same techniques that are now being taught to the U.S. Army, FBI, DEA, Secret Service and many more elite military and law enforcement agencies around the world. As well as learning a proven method of self defence, training in Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts will boost your strength, conditioning, flexibility and general health levels to their peak. Competition is completely optional for any student, but for those looking to test themselves we successfully train competitors in Grappling Tournaments and Mixed Martial Arts events. Our student base includes many Jiu Jitsu Champions and Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighters.
