Hi! My name is Estelle. I am biodynamic breathwork facilitator and a hakomi mindfulness Somatic Freedom psychotherapist student. Most importantly I am passionate about accompanying people through their transformative journey. I help individuals who have a desire to break through their limitations, repetitive patterns and traumas to experience more freedom and control over their lives. I use various tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, Non-violent communication, polyvagal therory and Somatic Freedom psychotherapy to reveal beliefs and defence mechanisms that lay in the unconscuious. I know from my experience that you have the power to make the necessary changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, you will be amazed at how capable you are to explore parts of yourself you never knew existed!
