Hi! My name is Estelle. I am biodynamic breathwork facilitator and a hakomi mindfulness Somatic Freedom psychotherapist student. Most importantly I am passionate about accompanying people through their transformative journey. I help individuals who have a desire to break through their limitations, repetitive patterns and traumas to experience more freedom and control over their lives. I use various tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, Non-violent communication, polyvagal therory and Somatic Freedom psychotherapy to reveal beliefs and defence mechanisms that lay in the unconscuious.
