Founder of Slow Coaching Co. Nikki Tiedeman is a mindfulness slow-life coach and teacher of meditation and yoga. She works with successful professionals, forming a close partnership as she enables them to shift from surviving to thriving in life as they navigate life transitions and move toward their dream life creation. She is passionate about radiating the deliciousness of the slow life in turn helping others to quit burnout, the grind culture and busy-ness of today's world and regain balance in life. She believes in being kinder to each other but most importantly ourselves as well as in celebrating eccentricity and individuality. Via her coaching, teaching and open sharing of the wellness practices that enrich her life, she hopes to bring life her values and her vision of normalising and prioritising the caring of our mental wellbeing. Hi my name is Melissa and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist and I run Zen Mind Body Therapies. I use solution-oriented therapy and hypnosis to help clients learn how to overcome some of the self-imposed obstacles that could be standing in your way and then I help you to find solutions to problems rather than reasons for why they exist. I am very much focused on the “how” you things rather than “why” and I strive to help you learn the best coping mechanisms for dealing with certain issues that may trigger you and cause you to overthink things or make decisions that do not benefit your wellbeing. I use Hypnosis to create a state of focused attention which allows for me to access my clients unconscious mind and help them to re program some of the less effective strategies that have been holding the client back with progress in various aspects of their life. I help my clients determine how their unconscious processes and programming might be getting in the way of being able to navigate effectively through various issues or problems that they may be currently experiencing.
